What if I am not happy with my Your Law Firm lawyer?
In addition to giving general feedback on our services, you are encouraged to call our central office with any complaints or compliments. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated by Your Law Firm central and you will receive a report at the conclusion of the investigation.
How can I find out how much my matter will cost?
To ensure that all your needs are addressed, it is our policy to conduct a complimentary, obligation-free initial consultation to ensure that your lawyer has a comprehensive understanding of the scope of your matter, as well as your individual needs.
What if I don’t feel comfortable meeting my lawyer in my home?
The choice is yours when it comes to when and where in your local area you meet your lawyer. As part of our client-focused service standard, our lawyers will come to you.
Will disbursements be included in the fixed fee quote I receive?
Yes! Your fixed fee quote will always be inclusive of fees, disbursements and GST. If, over the course of your matter, there are disbursements to be incurred which are unusual, your lawyer will seek your instructions before incurring the expense.
How do I know that my lawyer is adequately qualified?
Your Law Firm central office monitors and ensures that all Your Law Firm lawyers are qualified to practice and hold current and up-to-date practicing certificates with the Legal Services Board.
