We may also need to contact other entities to properly investigate your request, and will require personal presentation of appropriate identification before we release personal information to maintain confidentiality. Under no circumstances will we permit personal information to be given to you via a telephone enquiry. Where Your Law Firm does not allow access to your personal information, a full written explanation of the reasons why this decision was made will be provided to you. 13. What if I believe Your Law Firm has incorrect details regarding my personal information?

It is important to us that the personal information we hold about you is correct and up to date. Occasionally, we may contact you to confirm that the information we hold is still current; however, we will generally rely on you to ensure that your personal information is up to date and to notify us of any changes.

Where your complaint requires further investigation, we will acknowledge your complaint within 1-2 business days and, depending on the complexity of the issue, endeavour to provide you with the outcome of the investigation within 14 days thereafter.
